            The Old Barn Auction is proud to announce a Toy Auction on August 8 & 9, 2008.  This sale is made up from 5 collections.  The Jim Clark Collection of Kenton C.I. Toys – Kenton, Ohio (over 150 pcs.).  The Jack & Pat Sidenstricker Collection of C.I. Banks – Leipsic, Ohio (over 400 pcs.).  James Crawford collection of Comic Characters & American Jins – Cleveland, Ohio along with 2 other collections.  There is a wonderful Peddle Car (restored) along with a lot more.  There will be approximately 800 lots in this 2 day auction for the beginner to the advance collector.  You don’t want to miss this Midwest Toy Auction!

            We hope that you can join us for this August 2008 auction.  A colored, illustrated catalog is available for $15.00.  Contact the Old Barn regarding information on an annual subscription.  Prices realized list will be sent after each auction.  These catalogs are great reference tools.  Dealers are welcome to set up.  There will be a slight fee.  Please call in advance for a table.

            Phone, Absentee or Bidding Live Internet Bidding:  You may bid by phone, absentee or Live Internet Bidding.  For Live Internet Bidding go to www.liveauctioneers.com or www.ebay.com to register.  A additional  5% will be added to the buyer’s premium for internet bidding.  You can also look at items on our web site, www.oldbarn.com  or www.auctionzip.com ID #4807.  Your absentee bids will be given to an experienced bidder in the audience to execute competitively and buy as cheaply as possible.  A down payment is not necessary, we will bill you if successful.  It is not a foolproof system, but is 100% honest.  If you plan to phone bid, please make arrangements during the week.  Please don’t wait until the day of the sale to send or call in your bids, would need to have them by Friday.  You can call in your bids or fax.  If you need a better description of an artifact, please call the week of the sale.
