Circa War of 1812 British Chief Grade trade fusil by Moxham (he made 17+Hundred trade fusil for British Board of Ordiance), as marked on lock plate with Broad Arrow and Crown and Hunting Horn and Boar's Head converted to percussion, barrel marked London This trade fusil came with antler-handled trade knife, (British) Unwin and Rodgers type, not stamped as above but with Indian punched-marked arrow Head and cross probably scalper blade, hand- Forged and filed handle From reservation at Traverse Bay, Michigan (see page)
